Hello,
Anyone else got their case transferred to Arlington field office from National Benefits Center? I live in North Carolina and below is my timeline:
Asylum approved: Jan 2017 (through immigrant court)
AOS Form I-485 + Medical report submitted: April 2018
Case sent to National Benefits Center from TSC: Sept 2018
Case sent to Arlington Asylum Office: Oct 2019
No word ever since despite several service requests. Any suggestions on what to do or should I just keep waiting?
Thanks.

Your real solution is to sue DHS. In most cases your cases are delayed due to inadmissibility concerns. the case could have dragged on for years. Your only way out is to sue them.

Finally, I got my GC,. My timeline is as follows:
- Jun 2020 - applied for GC (TSC)
- Mar 2022 - RFE (medical)
- Apr 2022 - New card being produced
I definitely feel much more relieved now. Thanks a lot for all the help. Next step: citizenship! Good luck for everyone!

It's not gonna help your case nor good for your mental health.
What you should do right now is not to worry, just sit tight and wait.
You case will be processed.
If after 2 years and no update, you can consider sue DHS.

i think I will receive my green card soon
When I checked the Uscis today it posted “ card was mailed to me”!
my timeline
2020 March interview for an asylum
2020 May white card
2021 May applied for a I-485 green card
2022- May 6th a new card was mailed to me!
i have been following this website for like a year and now I am finally relieved!
Hope everybody will get their green cards really fast because I noticed here that most people’s cases started moving!
Also my case starts with MSC I think it’s Missouri I don’t know ????♂️
