Priority date is October 30, 2018. Do you know anyone that got I-485 approved from Nebraska Service Center recently?

Priority date is your place in line for a green card. If your priority date is earlier than the final action date in the visa bulletin for your category, it means a green card is available (your priority date is current). If the priority date is later than the final acton date, you have to wait until the date becomes current per the visa bulletin.

Oh I see thank you for your response! But I think this group only for ppl who is getting GC ASYLUM BASED and yours as I understand work based . That’s why I got confused. But I wish you all the best on the interview.

I think BluePanther likes to help, some people visit and post in different forum areas. Others just care about their process and once they get the GC will never post or help again.

Hey guys!! Maybe someone could answer my question. We applied for GC on March 2018 and still no answer. On February 2019 my work authorization card will be expired. Do I have to apply for the new card ? My SOCIAL SECURITY card still says “ authorized to work on with EAD”. it’s just so expensive 410$ and we need 3 of them I have some dependents on my case . Any suggestions? Thank you

No we didn?t apply for new SS . Do you know if the SS office is open or the closed due to shut down? Thank you

Hey, I will apply for Asylum Based i-485 in March(got approve March of 2018) .

they'll take me a one more interview for GC? And also i'll apply with i-131 and do you know how long it does take to get travel document? And can i travel with it without GC? Thank you.

Hey unfortunately no updates on my case and it?s really upsetting. Our medical forms will be expiring in a month. Hope to hear from them before .
