army has two year options to be active
but if you have a good job you can do reserve.
The paperwork is done means N-400 form to be completed?
I saw some MAVNIERS have gotten their N-400 form when they signed the contract.
    They almost all join Army.

hello, and yes when i say senator Murphy helped my case by this i mean my attorney contacted senate Murphy’s office on behalf of my case and the office kept following up with uscis and first request was made in 2019 when uscis gave them answer that case is still with in time limits but my attorney kept reminding senate’s office time to time and result of that only I received an RFE in Aug 2020 and the following. Yesterday new card being produced and today it changed to case is approved infact after my biometrics on Dec 2 2020. Even 42 days after i never heard anything and finally last week they contacted uscis again when they responded that uscis needs 60 days more. But they approved in a week. So pls people take help from ur local senator’s office. It really works

                    • Just to give some updates -

I recently received interview notice for both my I-730 and I-485, back to back early Feb.

I filed both petitions before the policies have changed... but anyways, will provide some update after the interview.

                      Case jurisdiction - TSC

                      Asylum Filed - Mid 2017
                      Interview / Approval - Mid 2019
                      I-730 - Late 2019
                      I-485 - Mid 2020
                      Interview Notice - Jan 2021
                      Interview - Feb 2021

I did submit a case inquiry for I730 during their website glitch and got a wired response - "your case is currently under pending review". I did NOT expedite the cases any other way.

Also the case status did not update on the USCIS website at all. I730 shows fees were waived and I485 shows updated to show fingerprints were taken.

                      Anyways, it was wired.

For your benefits this is what the new interview notice looks like.
