Did you read the RFE?
It should be very clear on the RFE where you should send your response.
Nobody in this forum will be able to know where you should send your medical.

Good afternoon all, I don't like to count the chickens before they hatch but today I saw an update in my case and I wanted to share with y'all.
I live in Orlando, FL, I have filled all my cases in Texas Service Center, my Asylum interview was in Miami.
Asylum Submitted ~October 2017
Asylum Approved March 2018
I-485 with I-693 submitted April 1, 2019
Silence during all 2019 which I thought was normal due to processing times, then 2020 happened and processing times skyrocketed; started inquiring in 2021:
-Reached out to agents through USCIS multiple times: their excuse was COVID-19, even though my case had been submitted way before that.
-Sent letter to congresswoman, she reached out to them but told her to wait as it was normal processing, (a few weeks after that,on May, there was movement in my case though)
-Sent letter to ombudsman: Told me he couldn't help because I was still under normal processing times.
-Sent letter to President: He never replied, and that was over 8 months ago.
Fingerprints reused on May 18, 2021
Case transferred to Lee Summit, Missouri (National Benefits Center) on January 20, 2022
Case transferred to Harlingen, TX (Field Office) on January 25, 2021
RFE received on February 24, 2022: The letter said that my I-693 expired due to the 2 year timing and also required the COVID-19 vaccine; I submitted all the paperwork on March 14th.
RFE Received by USCIS Field Office (Harlingen TX) on March 21, 2022
Your new card is being produced on April 11, 2022- I believe after exactly 3 years, my wait has come to an end, but until I don't have it in my hands I won't be 100% sure; however, I just wanted to say to you all that we have hope, they are actually looking into our cases, it has taken way longer that it should have and I understand the frustration we all have, but finally, they are doing something.
I will update you all when I see another update in my case.

please advise.
Thanks!
I think cases are completely different. in my case they updated online "new card is being produced'' only after 5 days I sent my RFE, then I received my green card 4 days later. But in most cases I saw here, they have some updates of "RFE received" before "New card being produced".. but in average expect 2-4 weeks to get updates in your USCIS online account. You should start worrying after a month without notifications. don't base your exceptions on people who got a response faster than usual

Nothing you can do to make them process faster, please just be patient.
However the point is to confirm they received your RFE.
