I'm filling form I-864 and I'm confused about the question of Part 6. My current individual annual income is. because my husband who is the sponsor works as a Real Estate Agent and this job is commission based plus bonuses, so we don't know what he will make this year because it depends on how many sales he does. We were thinking about putting his commission so far which right now is a little less than the Federal Poverty Guideline but my father in law is our Joint Sponsor.
Does anybody has or had the same situation with 100% commission based job?. Thanks!
