I am in L1 and my spouse is in L2. My employer is filling i-140/i-485 concurrently for me. I need to file i-485 for my spouse too at the same time.
The i-485 application type A and B is confusing.
A. An immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant Visa number that has been approved...
B. My spouse or parent applied for adjustment of Status or was granted lawful permanent residence in an immigrant visa category that allows derivative status for spouses and children..
