Have not gotten an interview date yet for I-485, please help!!

Hello all,

My wife came to the US on a K1 visa, in June 4 2016, We got married on August 13th, filed for I-485, EAD and AP all together and mailed them on August 26 2016. To make this short, she went for her Biometrics, and already received her AP/EAD card early November 2016. BUT, since November, the I-485 case status still reads "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview". Is this normal? It has been almost 7 months, we have called and created an inquiry more than two months ago but we have never heard back. We live in Massachusetts, Lawrence office is closer to us.

Any thoughts?

I was checking this DAILY, until yesterday afternoon. This table was not updated since February 27 2016. They finally updated it yesterday.
