Hi guys please i need help here..

4/12/2017............. receive a request for a New Medical Exams from uscis...."IN ORDER FOR US TO MAKE A FINAL DECISION ON YOUR CASE WE NEED A NEW MEDICAL EXAMS FROM YOU".
4/19/2017............. responded to the request and since then haven't heard anything from uscis.

now my problem is my EAD expires in 2 and a half months from now, should i go ahead and renew my EAD or wait for the final decision to be made.

thank you any opinion or ideas are welcome and is anybody in the same situation.

You're an adjustment of status applicant, right? Renewal is free, so what do you have to lose?

Do you have your work permit from DACA or AOS?
