Military Spouse help I-485

Hi all,

So I'm just double checking with everyone to make sure I have all the right stuff for our package.
A little back story, My wife is currently in the US on the DACA so we had to get her a Parole in Place which we got approved.
I have all the applicable forms filled out with all the asking documents and ready to mail in I-485, I-130, I-765, I-864, & both G-325A's. I am not filling out the travel one because we have zero plans to travel outside the USA while this process is going on. So my question is how many passport photos should be included in total not counting the travel form ones?

Did you make one check for the full amount or separate checks?

Any other tips we should know about?

It is stated in the instruction for form I-130 that petitioner and beneficiary should submit two color passport-style photos each. For fee payments, I'd advice you make checks for each applicable form.

I have all the applicable forms filled out with all the asking documents and ready to mail in I-485, I-130, I-765, I-864, & both G-325A's.

If you're using the latest edition (02/27/17, which you have to use -- it's the only edition accepted now) of the I-130, it doesn't require any G-325As; instead, it requires an I-130A from your wife. Your wife's I-485 will still require a G-325A from her only. Make sure you are using the latest editions of each form. Read each form's instructions to see what supplementary forms and documents are needed. For example, I-485 will also require a medical which is done with I-693.

It's free, so why not? It can't hurt.

It's two photos each for the petitioner and beneficiary for I-130, two photos for the beneficiary for I-485, two photos for the beneficiary for I-765, for a total of 2 photos of the petitioner and 6 photos of the beneficiary. If she file I-131 for AP then two more photos of the beneficiary.

One check for $535 for I-130 and one check for $1225 for I-485.

Thank you! The lady from USCIS never told me about the I-130A so I will go ahead and fill that one out as well.

Yes we will be doing the medical one but they told us not to submit the medical forms with our package and to wait until her interview to submit that. Does that sound right?
