Processing Date Update

Thanks to this forum, and the members here, I would ow have been fed up with USCIS updates :-(
Does anyone know when will they update the Processing times ?
My PD is November 7th, 2016 and the field office is DesMoines, but looks like they have a 8month backlog, WTF applies in Iowa :-(
If anyone has experience with DesMoines field office, plz share,
