Please help with I-485 and new I-693, faced interview but asked for new I-693

Hi,

I faced my interview yesterday for I-485 ( marriage based).The interviewer didn't ask me any questions. She kept the updated job info for my spouse ( petitioner) and told us that our I-130 is approved and we dont need to face any other interview.
However, she told me that she can not tell us any decision right now as I need to submit a new I-693 ( Medical documents) with gonorrhea test. I submitted the medical form before but it was old form. They started a new form from August 1, 2016 and i was submitted my docs in Aug 14, 2016.
Then told me to mail that new I-693 to USCIS (Atlanta office), then they will assign a new officer and let me know their decision. I am really tensed. Has anybody had any experience like this? How long it may take? SHould I consider that my application is approved but kept in hold. Uscis will remove that hold as soon as they got that new I-693?

i have the same problem here, i responded with the new medical exams and its been 5 weeks now still havent heard anything or update online.
so nerve racking. keep me update how is goes with yours. i think we could be approve there is a guy on the forum with the same problem who got approved after 6 weeks. kanezee is his name
