RFE for Greencard
I got an RFE for my Green card (Adjustment of Status)with 2 questions . 1) Redo my medical examination, 2) my employment authorization after 2014 May.
My case details:
I came back to India in 2012 on a family emergency and took transfer of my US employment to India and since then staying in India.
Now to reply for my RFE, Can I do my medical examination here in india by one of the USCIS approved doctors?
regarding my Employment authorization, I did not have my H1 B or EAD after 2014. I am in employment in India.
How can I respond to the RFE? Any clues please.
