Hi,
I got an RFE for Adjustment of Status and there are 2 queries
1) Redoing medical examination form I-693
2) provide Employment Authorization after 2014 May
Details:
I moved to india on a family emergency in 2012 and since then working in India.
My H1 and EAD are valid upto May 2014.
Now my priority date is current and I got the RFE with the two questions above.
To reply, 1) can I do my medical tests by USCIS approved doctor in India and provide for I-693.
2) as I am staying in india since 2012, Can I provide the current stay details as a proof of employment authorization.
Would these be acceptable..?
Please provide any clues.
