    I 130a

    We have just filed our AOS package with USCIS on May 5 2017 and have received our biometrics appointment for May 31, 2017. Today May 25, 2017 I received a letter from USCIS requesting that I file the I-130a form. I had filed the G-325a form but have since learnt from checking the website that it has been replaced by the I 130a. My question is: do I need to resend all the attachments with this new form that I sent with the G 325a, or can I just fill and sign the form and send it to them. What documents do I need to send with the I 130a?

    I'd send all documents again. Better safe than sorry!

        Send in just the requested form. Make sure you attach a copy of RFE-notice.
