Forms I-130, I-765 , and I-485 rejected. Please help!

I got an unexpected mail today.

I submitted forms I-130, I-765 , and I-485 (with fees, $535, $495 (for I-765+Biometric), and $1140, respectively) on the 8th of May, 2017, only to have them return back to me with a notice saying "The payment amount is incorrect, or has not been provided." Payments were made in money order from Fred Meyer.

I don't know what to do right now, knowing I submitted the correct fees. Please any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You need two checks or money orders for $535(i-130) and $1225(i-485, i-765 and bio-metrics). Looks like you overpaid. There is no fee for i-765 if you pay for i-485.

sometimes they will only return the ones with incorrect fees and sometimes they return whole package. There is no telling with USCIS. Just resend with correct fees and you will be fine.

Applications were rejected (reason: Incorrect payments. We overpaid): 05/23/2017
Package was sent back with correct payments: 05/29/2017

Email and text messages notifications from USCIS of acceptance of applications: 06/07/2017
Received in the mail, notifications of acceptance of applications: 06/12/2017
