RFE for I-485 Urgent Help

Hi,

Im currently working Fulltime on CPT. My wife is US citizen. My AP was delivered on April 11, Biometrics done on May 17. I selected myself as joint sponsor with 864A. I received an RFE stating the below

"for the intending immigrant's income to be included in the household income, the intending immigrant''s income must have been from a lawful source and earned while intending immigrant was authorized to work in the US".

I submitted my I 20's showing CPT approval for my employer. I m wondering how to respond and what documents should I submit to respond to the RFE.

Kindly help me please.

Did you have a work authorization card for your CPT? if you do make a copy and include it. Also you will need a letter from Employer (CPT employer) that states that your present income will continue after you become a permanent resident.

Thanks for you time to respond to this. I do thave the I-20 that has proof of Work Authorization. I will include that , I also requested the letter you mentioned from my employer. I will be sending out my response. Thnaks again
