June Submissions - Concurrent Application (I-130,I-485, I-131, I-765, I-864)

My status so far.
Priority date- June 13, 2017
Biometrics done- July 12,2017
i-485- since July 20th it is showing case is ready to be scheduled for an interview.
But its been a month now no change in status, no change in EAD, i131.
Showing the same that case has been received.

Anyone in same condition.
How much time for them to give a date for an interview

I won't say I'm in the same condition because my status just changed to my case ready to be scheduled for an interview 3 days ago. Hopefully the wait is not gonna be longer. What state are you filling from?

RFE status updates on the 07/19/2017
RFE notice received in mail on the 07/23/2017
Mailed in requested additional document on the 24th of july, and delivered on the 28th of July.
Status updates to "my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" on 08/14/2017.
That's my timeline so far. Wish everybody good fortune.

I am filing from California, SJ
My husband is USC and I am on F1visa . my smasters will end in december.
I need my EAD as its been more than 2months.

Well you can call USCIS after 75 days from your PD. The wait can be from 75 days to a few months. It all depends.

I don't remember paying a fee for the EAD. EAD is always free if you are filling everything together. Plus I don't even know when they're gonna schedule my interview yet. O just hope its gonna be sometime very soon. But I am hoping to get the EAD before my interview.

75th day

Saturday marked the 75th day. Today is the 78th day. I was planning to raise an SR but decided against it. I will wait until the 90th day or so. Fingers crossed that I get something in the mean time. Constantly checking USPS for what mail is heading my way...

Apologies, if this is a fairly straight forward one or has been discussed on this forum numerous times:

My 75th day is approaching (Sep 5th) and my i-765 status is still 'Case received' (PD for all of 485, 130, 765 and 131 is Jun 22nd).
What would be the best course of action: Raise an SR / Initiate contact with my congresswoman ?

I just want to make sure I receive my EAD by 90th day (Sep 22nd) as I am finalizing on a job offer with start date on Oct 2nd (Earlier is better ofcourse, as this date was fixed to accommodate the EAD arrival)

You may call USCIS and ask to have your case expedited. After you get that done and I believe you get a case number for the expedite, you can call yours congressman and ask to kind of monitor it and if something does not meet a deadline, then he/she can step in.

Can all congress men be reached in all city or states, or its just the major cities? I'm filing from Nampa ID which is a small town. Do you think I can reach out to my congress man too? By the why I have the same PD with the person with the above message. 75th Sep 5th and 90th Sep 22nd.
