Apologies, if this is a fairly straight forward one or has been discussed on this forum numerous times:
My 75th day is approaching (Sep 5th) and my i-765 status is still 'Case received' (PD for all of 485, 130, 765 and 131 is Jun 22nd).
What would be the best course of action: Raise an SR / Initiate contact with my congresswoman ?
I just want to make sure I receive my EAD by 90th day (Sep 22nd) as I am finalizing on a job offer with start date on Oct 2nd (Earlier is better ofcourse, as this date was fixed to accommodate the EAD arrival)

[QUOTE=Walbrzyszanka21;518670]You may call USCIS and ask to have your case expedited. After you get that done and I believe you get a case number for the expedite, you can call yours congressman and ask to kind of monitor it and if something does not meet a deadline, then he/she can step in.[/QUO
Can all congress men be reached in all city or states, or its just the major cities? I'm filing from Nampa ID which is a small town. Do you think I can reach out to my congress man too? By the why I have the same PD with the person with the above message. 75th Sep 5th and 90th Sep 22nd.
