June Submissions - Concurrent Application (I-130,I-485, I-131, I-765, I-864)

PD: June 7th
Bio: June 20th
Interview app: July 20th (for Aug 24th)
Cancelled interview app: July 27th

Still no EAD or AP. I think the interview is a glitch or something because it would have been too soon. We still showed up just in case.
I applied to Chicago office, it is being processed in MSC. My field office is Raleigh Durham, my 90th day is on Monday Sept 4th. I have already contacted the congressman, I still don't have anything.
I am going from a J1 visa to green card by marriage to USC.
I really need to get that EAD soon!

EAD expedite requested

I am approaching 90 days (PD: June 8) for my EAD card. After much debating whether to expedite my EAD application I have submitted a request on August 25th, they asked for evidence on August 28th which I sent on the 29th. Criteria was extreme financial loss to self and company, provided evidence for both. Still no movement. I have decided to contact my congressman on the first of September and provided the same evidence with the fax. I am hoping a congressional inquiry might speed things up a bit. Will follow up with the congressman's office sometimes this week. Hope you all receive your EAD cards soon.

Submitted a Case Inquiry

My PD is 6/5 (for I-765, I-130 and I-131) and 6/6 for I-485. I completed my biometrics on 6/28. On 9/2 I have submitted a case inquiry. Today I wrote to my congressman and asked for his help in making sure that I can get my EAD before it expires in January. I got my EAD from Obama's program called DACA which has ended today, meaning USCIS is no longer accepting any more applications.

In terms of status online, it says:

As of September 2, 2017, your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application, referral number SR **** **** **** MSC, is currently not assigned for processing.

In the e-mail it said that I should get a reply by 9/24. Fingers crossed that something starts moving.

No email yet but i was told to look out for mail from them, minimum of 15 days and maximum of 30 days. we thank GOD

(Filed in New York City)
Married to US citizen spouse on March 2017
Applied for I-765, I-130 and I-485 at the end of May 2017.
Confirmed receipts for I-765, I-130 and I-485 on June 7th, 2017 at the National Benefits Center (MSC).
Biometrics completed at the end of July 7th 2017.
i-485 status changed to ready to schedule interview on July 12th, 2017

EAD status has been "My Case Was Receive..." since June 7th, 2017.
SR for EAD created on August 21st, 2017. Still no news.

my PD is June 21 and today is my 80th day, still no update.

I submitted a query and this is was in the next steps :

"As of September 6, 2017, your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application, referral number SR12 **** ***12MSC, is currently not assigned for processing".

I really need my EAD as I have a job offer that is about to expire.

Any suggestions?

Any suggestions?

You could have requested to have it expedited and they would ask for the reason which you have a valid one. Is it written in paper format that the job offer is about to expire? If yes, then you can fax that to them when they request it.

I currently hold an EAD from DACA which has been terminated (officially on March 5th 2018 but no new applications/renewals are being accepted) and mine expires January 2018. I submitted a case inquiry Saturday 9/2 and my next steps states the same. I should hear from them by 9/24. I also reached out to my congressman and I have provided him the referral number. Just got to sit tight, wait and hope for the best.

Thank you for your suggestion. I have been seeing some trackers looks like people got it within 110 days(Max). But I heard the process has gone slow now and they are delaying process and uscis website doesn't help at all or for that matter any trackers before may 2017 PD dont help.

I am worried about my job and drivers license. MY DL will expire as of my h1 date. I am not sure if I can apply for a DL extension with the EAD receipt.

Did you get any update on interview?
I got my EAD (and a new job) 2 weeks ago but no words on interview yet.
My PD is 05/05 but clock reset to 06/27 because of RFIE, filing in Raleigh-Durham office (thru NBC)
