Request for more documents after interview

Hi Guys,

Had my interview on April 24th. At the end, IO told us she would mail us a letter for more documents, I didn't have an updated medical and SSN etc, im guessing that's what she needs.

Now it's June 1st and I haven't received anything yet. Called uscis this morning and they said nothing has been mailed out from their system. Opened a service request and also made an info pass for June 15th.

Anyone been in the same situation? Why the heck is it taking so long?

The time that has lapsed is completely normal as USCIS is always back logged. You took the correct steps opening the service request and making the info pass.
