                  I wonder why you got two different codes for biometrics.

                  Nevermind:

                  Code 1 – fingerprinting only (10 prints);
                  Code 2 – biometrics (photo, signature and index finger);
                  Code 3 – fingerprints (10 prints) and biometrics (photo, signature and index finger).

                  For my biometric, I remember they took a photo, 10 fingerprints and signature. Fingers crossed that maybe in a few days I will get some kind of update on the EAD.

                    I heard that The immigration office issued wrong letters for biometrics, my friend had to go twice as well.

                      Which field office were you assigned to? I've noticed there's a good number of people who completed the entire process in 4-5 months! I'm hoping that's what happens with me and my husband. It would be so awesome to have it completed before New Year's. We filed 08/08, so it's not impossible.

                      EDIT: Never mind, I saw your other post about being interviewed at DTLA. That's our field office too! Would you mind telling us what questions the IO asked?

                            Whoa you got asked why you didn't do the fiance or spouse visa? I think that's the first time I've heard of a couple getting asked but I guess it's not too surprising. Thanks for sharing and congratulations!!! Keeping my fingers crossed for my own interview and everyone else who is still waiting.

                              Thank you, yes, We I weren't expecting that one, but I answered truthfully and I guess he was trying to figure out how we know of AOS since we self filed and my husband never filed for anyone before.

                              By the way, parking can be found at Aiso Street Parking Garage, just 2 mins away from the office, we paid $2. Best wishes to you and everyone else who is awaiting their interview. Will keep you guys in my prayers.

                                Thanks for the parking tip! And yeah it's not outrageously weird your IO asked about your method of adjustment. Anyway thank you for the well wishes! Our PD is 08/08 and I'm kinda hoping our interview will be before the New Year.
