My Priority date is Jun 22nd and biometrics on Jul 12. concurrent 130 and 485.
I have a job offer where I need to start on Oct 2nd. Haven't heard anything on EAD yet (except for Case received. While 485 is case is ready to be scheduled for interview)
I raised a service request on day 76. Status is service request yet to be assigned.
Also thought of taking chances with congressmen/women followup. While my representative was not very responsive, both senators have lodged a status check (did not mean to raise through both, but both happened to raise; not sure if it is good or bad). They sent the status request yesterday.
Hopefully i will get it in time for Oct 2 joining

someone help me with this I apply i130 and they call us for interview, after that we will be waiting for approved almost year now, my question is can I apply 485 form while am waiting for USCIC respond.

Hi everyone, I just want to share my current status experience.

June 1st application received. Chicago Lockbox
June 26 Code 2 biometris
June 27 received RFIE
June 29 USCIS received RFIE USCIS MO
July 28 received notice for Code 1 Biometrics
Aug 17 2nd Biometrics
Aug 30 ready to schedule for interview.
September 7 received notice for scheduled interview.
Oct 10 Interview date.

Count 75-90 days from July27th. Receiving an RFE sets you back. I am currently reaching my 100th day and I received no RFE. I submitted a case inquiry 9/2 (89th day). No word on EAD/AP or interview. I am filing from Cicero IL and my PD is 6/5. There is no set time frame for when you will receive EAD/AP and green card. Everybody's case is different and since USCIS is backlogged, their website is behind in terms of processing times updates. So it is hard to say. Wish you the best and only thing I can suggest is patience. Some people wait over a year for their interview.

Chicago, went through MSC. I live in NC (Taleigh/Durham). I contacted the congressman on my 90th and SR on that day too, it said I would have an answer by Sept 22nd

Wait so the address you put on your application is in Chicago or NC? I know that all of the applications are sent to Chicago.

In the application is Chicago, but the office for the rest of the stuff will be the Raleigh/Durham office. We had an interview notification for August which was later cancelled (for the green card) for the Durham office
