Re-submitting I-485 form after rejection due to outdated version, part 3A Query

I am resubmitting the I-485 form, which was rejected and sent back due to outdated version used. What should I check for Part 3A- "Have you ever applied for permanent resident status in the U.S.?" Yes OR No. If yes, what did you give as the final disposition.
