Issues with RFE ( I-693), Please help!!!!

Hi,

I faced my interview on May 23, 2017, and the interviewer asked me to submit new I-693 with gonorrhea test in it ( the previous one was done in June 2016 and did not have gonorrhea test in it). I was also told that I may not wait for any letter from USCIS and including the A number at top of the envelope would be enough. I did filled up new I-693 with gonorrhea test in it ( but did nt repeat any other test such as TB, syphillis) and send it on June 1. However, next day I received a letter from USCIS asking for same documents. The letter was issued on May 26 but was delivered on June 02. Then I took help from USCIS customer care. Accordin heir sugegstion I sent a second documents with a cover letter ( explainign situation), copy of USCIS letter, receipt of USPS as proof that I already sent the RFE. On june 4, they recived both the documents. However, there is no any online update yet

What's going on?
Is anyone else going through the same situation or have any suggestions?
How long may they take to provide a final decision?
