We personally opted for Federal Express Two Day service. It costs more than USPS and includes signature confirmation and full tracking.

All the services are obviously reliable and it depends on what your own personal preference is.

Whatever service you use you should use some form of tracking and delivery confirmation.

For us the extra cost was worth it to us as we wanted guaranteed delivery by a certain date and wanted to make sure we had confirmation of delivery.
