  • Fingerprint appointment....HELP

hi everyone, has anyone gone for a fingerprint appointment before the original appointment date? and how did it play out?....i applied for the renewal of my EAD and i have an appointment date on the same day am starting a new job and i don't think is a good sign to call out the first day you starting a job so am planing to go before the date, moreover is just 4 days difference from the original date.
any opinion will be appreciated, or has anyone been in situation like this before. thanks

2 months since new medicals sent but no reply

I have the same issue, on July 2015 we applied concurrently I-130 and i-485. Fast forward, we had interview on January 2016
and OI said he wanted my previous marriage divorce doc which we sent them on October 2016. Never heard anything from them again after numerous attempt.

Then on April 10, 2017 we receive an approval notice of the i-130 and another letter requesting
for a new medicals to be done and sent to them.
Now my wife and I are skeptical as to whether after sending the medical report to them they going to approve the i-485
or they going to schedule another interview again. Someone told me they could just send the GC after they
receive the medicals but its been 2 months now and still havent heard anything from uscis.

Any advice or opinion guys will be highly appreciated. We confused why the delay,
i know a guy here call kanezee had a similar situation and had his gc in a month and a half. anyone in this situation.

just say anything to ease my tension guys.

    thanks

I went in ahead of my appointment, it wasn't an issue. I went to the office in NYC

I also went in before my biometrics appointment in San Francisco, CA.

My appointment was only scheduled for 9 days later so I made sure to be there by noon, as they (at least in San Francisco) are allowing walk-ins between 12pm and 1pm from Monday to Friday.

They didn't even ask any questions. I just handed them over my biometric notice (that's important to bring).

RELAX, if they wanted anything more or were going to send you a notice for another interview you would have received it by now. I guess they are just reviewing the case before approving it, that can take some time. The min you stop worrying and show faith you will get your green card. Our thoughts sometimes keeps us in unnecessary situation.. Please let go of negative thoughts.
