What updates have you received so far? When did you send your applications? Have they sent you receipts in the mail? Have you done your biometrics?

Right now, all you can do is wait and see if they will request for more evidence and just keep a close eye on your case status. If you haven't done your biometrics yet, then if the document you sent is good, then they will send you a notification in mail when your biometrics appointment will be. If you are already done with that, then you are most likely going to be waiting on the interview to be scheduled.

I guess it is going to be a waiting game. You are at around day 120 (over 120 days). I would maybe try to call them and ask about the EAD/AP card. I am not that far into the process but the RFE might be more for I-485 and I-130 so you should be getting some kind of an update regarding your EAD/AP card and then hopefully once they have enough information, GC interview. It is hard for me or anyone to say since every case is different. Some go fast and some go slow. Hope everything after the RFE will go smoothly.
