I-751 form

Hi, I am fillin form 751. In the part where it says to enter your mailing address it says right below it "Provience" and "Postal code". I am very confused on what to put under this because I already put a zip code above it. those two are left blank. I live in Austin Texas. Can someone please explain to me what they are for, if I dont need to put anything can I leave them blank or put N/A?


ALso, I dont need to submit 2 x 2 size photos right?

Those are only for non-US addresses. For US addresses you leave them blank. If you are using Acrobat Reader to fill out the form, once you select a state, it will disable the fields below.
