Hi good day all! i am married to a US CITIZEN for 9 years in Philippines and he brought me here in USA this year, my question is can he adjust my status from tourist to green card? so that i will not going back to Philippines..and my problem is this coming august it will end my 6 months here and we cannot start yet our apply because we have a hard for finances is it ok if i will apply even month of july then i will wait..or i will need to go home to Philippines first... please help any advice to me..thank you

U should be ok if u are married

Are u married to this USC if yes then u have a legitimate reason to apply for a change of status but if u came with the intention of migrating to the status while on a b1/b2 I suggest u seek a lawyer...
