Hello everyone, I really need advice from anyone who has been in this situation.

I filled my forms i130 and i765 for AOS concurrently in early April and they got sent back 10days later because I filled out the "wrong" forms ( they forms were out of date).
I then sent the re-sent the documents correctly back to them and I received all receipt number in the mail on May 2nd.

My fear at the moment is I haven't heard from them since then. The status on the website says my forms was received on the 27th of April and it's at the National Benefit Center getting worked on.

And I'm also yet to get a date for my biometrics appointment and this gets me really worried that something may be wrong.
It's almost 3 months and am yet to get a date for the biometrics. Please someone advise me what can I do?

    Are you using a lawyer?
Check your priority date to see if they are back logged. I don't think it usually take so long but I have been told by my lawyer that immigration is very slow and they are backed up.
    Good luck

Did you mean to say I485? I485 is the AOS form. I765 is for the EAD card. You get to file I765 and I131 (AP) for free along with I485.
Just an opinion; Not legal advice.

Yes that would be your priority date.
You can always try to find a nonprofit immigration organization to seek assistance.
