Student on F1/CPT needs help filling out I-485 form

I am new to this blog and it seems a good source to ask questions and gain knowledge on the whole process of applying to get green card through marriage.

Here is a short biography about myself: I am a Canadian Citizen who will be marrying a US citizen in a few days. My status in the U.S. is F1/CPT currently doing my last year school rotations at a hospital. So, I am trying to fill out the I-485 form and I am really confused about some sections of the form.

1. Under part 1 f the form where it says, "recent immigration history" precisely bullet point no. 16 it asks about travel document number used at last arrival. I am not sure what number should I provide, I do have my I-94A attached to my passport with a stamp stating that date of entry. I also have two other numbers on my I-20, the OMB no and the SEVIS ID, which one should I use.

2. the next section that i am confused about is No. 18. the questions asks, "Country that Issued this Passport or Travel Document" well the country that issued my passport is Canada and the country that issued my travel document is U.S. so which one do I choose??

3. the next No. is 19 and the question asks Nonimmigrant Visa Number from this Passport (if any), would I-94A consider a nonimmigrant visa number, because that's the only thing I have in my passport

4. the next No. is 23 and has three letters a,b,c.
Letter a asks what is "I-94 arrival departure record number", would this number be the same as found in my I-94A, which is consistent of 11 numbers?
letter b asks about "the expiration date show shown on form I-94" I don't have I-94, I do have I-94A and I have D/S mark stamped on it, so would the date of expiration be the date my period of study is over (my case my F1 status expired 05/2018)??
letter c asks about "status on form I-94", would that be an F1?

5. For no. 25, the question asks, "What is your current immigration status (if it has changed since your arrival)?"- would that be the F1?

Put N/A. You would either answer the passport number question (#15) or the travel document number question (#16). Your travel document is your passport, but the latter is only for non-passport travel documents. 99.9% of people will enter using a passport, so the travel document number question is not applicable for most people.

Your travel document is your passport and it was issued by Canada.

Canadian citizens do not get US visas. In the case of F-1, you simply went to a US port of entry with their I-20 and sought admission into F-1 status. You never had a nonimmigrant visa. The correct answer for the OP is "none" (or something like "none - Canadian citizen" to be more specific).
