Hello all,
I would really appreciate any help with information regarding the process of I-485 transfer from previously approved I-40 under EB2 to recently approved EB1 category.
EB2 PD: Feb, 2010
EAD renewal: June, 2017
EB1 approved in May, 2017 and PD applied to original Feb, 2010
Requested I-485 transfer under approved EB1 in June, 2017
Anyone in similar situation of transferring or transferred I-485 from EB2 to EB1 category and the time-frame to complete this? What else to expect in this situation. Any input or helpful information is appreciated, as its been tough time for me and my family going through this entire process for the last few years.
