The AOS is for immigration through an immediate family member of a US Citizen. Parent/Child. Do the parent and child need to live in the same dwelling/house/apartment (1) at the time of filing concurrently and (2) until the interview?

You don't have to. But I read from forums that it's best to be living together before the interview as certain questions about the home you share and your routines will be asked in case the officer decides to get critical.
