Hello...I am the US citizen who married a UK citizen through the K-1 visa. On the I-485 form ,I have 2 questions under Part 2:
Family -Based: Do I answer "First box": Immediate relative of US citizen, Form I-130. then I fill out the I-130 form along with the I-130 supplemental form...OR, do I answer third box as it says: Person admitted to the US as a fiancee...(k-1-non immigrant) and include a copy of the I-129 form that was stamped by the USCIS office?

Also under part 2 , question 2: I presume the answer would be "No" to the question about the Immigration and Nationality Act(INA).

    Thanks for the help

If your spouse married within 90 days of entering on K-1, they would check the third box "Person admitted to the United States as a fiancé(e)...", and yes, include a copy of I-129F approval; I-130 is not involved.
