Based on the processing times for regular employment-based cases, it looks like Nebraska should be processing November applications now. Please post if your PD is November/December/January and you're NSC/regular employment based, so we can track progress.

In other sites that focus more on trackers, looks like Nebraska is now processing May/June 2016 cases - based on people waiting times... There is a small % of August cases that were touched. Per USCIS website, they are processing May 2016.

The USCIS website says that Nebraska is processing I-485 cases submitted on October 2nd 2016, and that was as of May 31st 2017. My original question was regarding I-485's (since this is the I-485 forum ), not the I-140s.

If NSC was processing Oct 2nd 2016 I-485s as of May 31st 2017, then by now they should be processing November 2016 I-485 cases now.
