  • Service request question

I hope every thing is going smooth for all of you
    My PD 5/15/2017
    Biometrics 6/7/2017
My question is .. if i want to call for service request after the 75 days ..
should i count the 75 days including the weekends and holidays ? Or 75 business days only ?
    Thank you so much 🙂

Yes you can start counting from the day of your Biometrics, all days. I think you are going to be fine. Your case is still well within regular time frame.

As an FYI - as of January this year the 75 / 90 day rule no longer applies for EAD. I'm assuming this is a policy change by the new administration.

In many cases if you inquire about the status of your EAD they will refer to current processing times to determine if your case is within the normal timeframe

View case status online using your receipt number, which can be found on notices that you may have received from USCIS. Also, sign up for Case Status Online to: . Receive automatic case status updates by email or text message, . View your case history and upcoming case activities, . Check the status of multiple cases and inquiries that you may have submitted to USCIS

As of the last posted bulletin here is the info for I-765 & I-131 - Both indicate a current processing of applications from March 18‚ 2017.

I-765 Application for Employment Authorization Based on a pending I-485 adjustment application [(c)(9)] March 18, 2017

I-131 Application for Travel Document All other applicants for advance parole March 18, 2017
