How long it will need from beginning to end for concurrent filing for parents?
Hi, Guys,
I sent out everything in a package on 3/4/2017 for adjusting my dad's status from B2 visitor to green card,
it is concurrent filing, I 130 and I 485 together base on family, I am U.S citizen,
I am wondering what is your time line regarding the same situation in 2017? or 2016?
we have now received the EAD card and finger print was done on 4/13, there is no more letters on my dad's case after 4/13.
did I miss anything?
How soon we suppose to get GC approved?
