I want to know how to apply for adjustment of status for my husband under the
Ramirez v. Brown, Mar. 31, 2017

I am US citizen and my husband is under TPS. Can he apply for I-485? if yes how he has to do it?

One requirement if adjustment of status is that the applicant have entered with inspection. If your husband did not, he will need to first apply for Advance parole, leave and re-enter, and only then apply for adjustment of status
