I-130 Part 4 - 10. Previous petition filed

I am filing the form I130 and for question 10 (Part 4): Has anyone else ever filed a petition for the beneficiary ? ... I had a J1 and E2 visa (including a change of status from J1 to E2). Do those count as petition ? If yes, do I need to attach any documents if I answer "Yes" ?

No, this is talking about an immigrant petition, e.g. I-130 or I-140.
