RFE Birth certificate

First of all thank you everyone for sharing your experiences with me and us all going thru the AOS.
I hope some one can advice me on this 'my Pd is 11/7/2016 but I received RFE for my birth certificate on 12/12/2016. I sent them my birth certificate and they received it on 12/15/2016. My biometrics was on time 12/17/2016 and EAD arrived on 2/11/17. Do you think I should expect a delay of one month for my I485 interview ?
My field office is in Des Moines, Iowa which were processing cases as of August 23, 2016 on May31st, 2017 as per the USCIS website? The wait is killing me and I dont want to repeat the medicals (which I did in October 2016).
Any advice is appreciated
