Green card long and hard journey
I am new in this website and I would like to post my experience.
1st file AOS 2012 I 130 approved at the first interview back October 2012
I-485 remain pending until 2014 I file Wrote of mandamus to force USCIS make a decision.
I-485 was denied the reason mispresentation by the time I applied for visa to come to US
On visa application DS156 have you been arrested I respond no on the I-485 application I check yes column
After the I-485 denied I never get NTA for Immigration court .
I wait until last year 2016 and hire another lawyer and reapply a new I-485 along with waiver I-601 PD for I-485 was 08/16/2016
Interview done on June 27th last month no decision on the spot .The I.O wrote on my passport and give us piece of paper that I will get a decision by mail in next 60 days
Waiver pd 01/31/2017 no update so far.
My question to the greats people on this website do I have any chance to get approval at this time?
I' am New York city filer
Does anyone ever face similar situation?
