My wife and I have issues with our birth certificates. I have gone through the Immihelp page on secondary evidence and I have decided to include the ones listed below. Please let me know if those will be appropriate and sufficient.
1) My wife‘s birth certificate was registered more than a year after birth.
Secondary evidence: 1) Affidavits from her mother and father 2) PAN card 3) Ration card
2) My father’s name on my birth certificate has his initials and not the full name.
Secondary evidence: 1) My passport page with my father’s full name. 2) Affidavit from my mother (will this be necessary?) 3) My father’s death certificate (will this be necessary?)
