    Hello guys,

I and another person applied for a marriage license last year and we eventually didn't have the ceremony in 90 days. Then I married a different person one month after the marriage license expiry, and we had ceremony etc and the license is valid and recorded.

Since i didn't validate the first marriage license by performing a ceremony in front of the judge/priest, there is no divorce certificate etc.

I can now still retrieve my name and the first person's name in the county office's database (I married the second person in another county), but can't retrieve any info by using other commercial background check services. Will USCIS retrieve my license info with the first person and will there be an issue regarding a bona fide marriage?

I do not think the immigration will look that up. However, if they do it will raise eyebrows and they will ask about it in the interview.

So be ready to explain the whole story here.
And also they will ask your spouse if she knew about it.

This will, IMO, raise a lot of red flags. You will need to prove that the marriage is bona fide. Good luck.
