PLEASE HELP about EAD renewal.

Hi ,
My case is pending . Interview was 10July this year . Its a marriage based GC processing. They asked REF and just send today.
. however, as my EAD is going to expire August 15 this year. I have applied and status showed that the received On May 23, 2017 and doing processing. However, as it will expire in 15 days how I can continue my job? I called customer care but they said they will notify when its done.

What should I do now about my current job where they are keep asking to send new document (EAD)

PLEASE Help if someone is on the same page like mine. I am very stressed and depressed. Its been a long time all the processing started..

I have seen some posts on here about expediting ead and it is as delivered in 20 days after the immigration asks for a fax with the evidence to qualify you for an expedited ead. Bla bla bla. Look up the post about expeditig ead on here. There will be some helpful info others shared. Good luck.

If your EAD is AOS-based (category C9), the employment authorization is automatically extended for 180 days from the card's expiration, as long as you applied for a renewal. You can work as long as you have the expired card and the receipt for the renewal, for up to 180 days after the card's expiration. See this fact sheet, and this section of the handbook for employers.

@newacct.. According to your reference I just fought with my Employer that my EID could be auto extended until 180 days after expire date .He was telling if I don't submit my new card I might have to stop working until I get new one.. However, that is not true based on rules..
