Adjustment of status Help.
I migrated to the U.S when I was about 8 years old, almost twelve years ago. I got married about two years ago and the way the trump administration is taking on things me and my husband finally are going to start putting in paper work. Since I have no proof of inspection coming to the U.S, I am currently under TPS( Haiti) and my lawyer said I can only adjust my status but getting an I-94. since my TPS has only been extended for six months, Im beyond scared of what may happen next. I applied for parole to go to Haiti for the fist time and got approved, I will be going to Haiti on the 23rd of August. I was curios as to how the process will go, part of me is scared to leave the country with the fear of not coming back. HELP!
