Hi,
My company (A) filed for I-140 EB1B and I-485 concurrently. The I-140 was approved pending I 485. I got another offer with company B. I am planning to file I-140 with EB1A (PP) and want to leave company A and join company B with EAD once the I-140 EB1A is accepted. Is there any risk in doing that ? Does USCIS automatically chooses my I-140 based on EB1A when adjusting the status ?
