In part 3 of new form i485, it asks me if I have ever filled a immigrant visa. I said yes because I have my name on my mom's case visa. My grandma made a petition for my mom who is a single mom with 3 children. My mom's case is already completed in NVC and we are waiting for interview. However, I just got married with my husband in USA and my husband make a new petition for me as his spouse. In this case, I am not eligible for my mom's case because I got married but I can't submit my marriage document to my mom's case when it is already completed. The new form i485 asks me about the decision of my previous application with my mom's case. What should I answer Item 3 in part 3 ? Thank you and would like to hear from you guys soon
