Concurrent filing of I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765, i-864, G325 etc

I am putting together a packet of forms (as listed above) and I wanted to inquire if you can submit a copy of all the evidence at the back of the application or should relevant evidence be attached to each form (this way you may have multiple copies of the same supporting evidence as part of your packet. Which way do most people do it?

(I was thinking of writing a cover letter in the following manner.. what are your thoughts?)
