I hope every thing is going smooth fo all of you

No RFE
I made an expedition request on 7/25/2017 after that i got an email from uscis requesting a valid job offer and to fax it to them i already did that in the same day 7/27/2017
And i contacted my congressman too and he told me he contacted them and we have to wait for a week to hear back from them
7/27/2017 yor expedition reqest was assigned to an officer for response
7/27/2017 we send a response for your expedition request
7/27/2017 the request for case expedition has been completed
Since then i didnot not hear back from them ..
wait ...
8/8/2017 i contached my congressman again he told me he didn't get any response from them .. and he will contact them again today
8/8/2017 your request for case expedition was assigned for an officer for response ( the same confirmation number )
What does that mean ??
