Visa bulletin for September is available right now. The dates for Category F1 moved back from December 2010 to May 2010.
My PD is December 2010. Question: if the dates for my category moved backward does the officer look at FINAL ACTION DATES FOR FAMILY-SPONSORED table during the interview ? or it doesn't matter since my package was accepted when my PD was available ?
