EB3 - India. PD Current. No update to I-485, no rfe

My case is as below :

PD : Aug 8th 2006

Have not received any rfe for medical or 1-485j.

Anyone else in the same boat? Is there anyone after my PD that has received the rfe?

Same status, Pd current with no RFE

My Attorney suggested to wait, Any recommendations as to how to proceed or triggger RFE?

I485 cases are handled by the date they are received, not by the priority date of your I140. So, you file I485 when your I140 PD becomes current. From then you can track your case using the USCIS timesheet for the particular USCIS service center you sent your I485, and the date you sent it. For e.g., for TSC, the wait time for adjudication of I485 based on a EB petition has been ~3-6 months of late. The fact that the new policy calls for in-person interviews of even EB petitions will only make this wait time longer.

True, I filed my I-485 way back in Aug 2007. Rest I know who are in same boat and who are not even current have received RFE for medical. I haven't received any at this point.
